Cancellation conditions
For cancellations made more than 12 weeks prior to arrival, the amount paid will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of €100.
For cancellations made between 12 and 6 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded
For cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount will be charged.
Shortening your stay is considered a partial cancellation; the cost will be calculated based on the entire originally booked period.
We understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly; please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or face special circumstances. We are happy to discuss the possibilities and, wherever possible, find a suitable solution.

More than 60 days before arrival: in the event of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded, minus a €100 administration fee.
Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: in the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Less than 30 days before arrival: in the event of cancellation, the full cost of the retreat will be charged. No refund will be issued.
If we are able to fill your spot, we will gladly look into the possibilities regarding a refund. This depends on the circumstances and costs already incurred.
